Every cap Verde Nutra produces is injection-molded to tight spec, with torque consistency validated on our automated capping lines. Options include ribbed and smooth profiles, child-resistant push-turn designs, custom embossing, and premium matte or gloss finishes.
Our liner options — heat seal, vented, 2-piece separable, and lift-and-peel are applied via electromagnetic induction on our production lines. Every sealed unit is checked for tamper evidence and hermetic integrity before leaving the facility.
